During my 20+ years at the Shamrock Companies, I have helped the organization grow from a small, regionally based print management company to a recognized national leader in digital asset management, B2B lead nurturing, and marketing communications.

I’ve experienced the exhilaration of working with companies that seem like they will never stop growing. I’ve also navigated the tricky waters of client mergers, department reorganizations and companies that have had to close their doors for good. Each of these situations has been useful because it has given me the perspective that few gain anymore–time and experience in a single industry.

With an average client tenure of 10+ years, I understand that there is constant pressure to reinvent and to remain relevant.  My internal support team and I are keenly aware of what it takes to grow and nurture long-term, major account relationships. Regularly, I have to anticipate the future needs of my clients and develop new products and solutions that have yet to be requested.
